Happy to celebrate the amazing, wonderful and fully supportive community at this studio. I am going on almost two decades of practicing Bikram hot yoga and I have been working with this place for years now and absolutely love the place like a second home. I can not believe how happy I am to be able to get there again as often as possible in 2020. Years later and I still don’t know how I can live without this magical and magnificent place.

This location and shop are wonderful. I was anti-yoga for quite a while from too many bad experiences. Should not get injured from yoga. This place was recommended after I had a lower spine fusion with extended recovery. YES I was new and nervous anticipating pain but the hardest part has proven for me to just show up. The instructors bring personality, variety and structure, just find the instructors that match best to your preferences. I have been amazed with the classes, instructor/s attention to individual students needs and forms while allowing each person to enjoy their own journey in class. Thank you for the professional expertise and variety of instructors. My recovery has truly been enhanced by these classes; near full range of motion without reaching points of pain.

Hot Yoga Capitol Hill is totally awesome! Allison Key is best teacher I have ever had. She is very visual and good with body language. It is super friendly for non-English speakers like myself.
