Brian reviewed Lost Odyssey - 8/10 - This is classic old-school JRPG mechanics brought into the modern era of presentation. The roots in the Final Fantasy series are obvious, from a large two-tiered city that harvests the Earth's magical energy (a la Final Fantasy VII) to outfits that look like what Tidus wore in FF X, much of this game is derivative.

There are a few problems, including loading times for battles that are a shade too long, and a strange skill system that requires a lot of menu-based micromanagement as you equip and unequip your party.

However, that does not change the fact that the story is fairly well-done, and the adventure is compelling. Top it off with fantastic graphics, wonderful music, and competent voice acting, and the game stands on its own.

Fans of JRPGs and the Final Fantasy series would do well to check out Lost Odyssey.

Kyle reviewed Lost Odyssey - 6/10 - It's a far cry from the final fantasy series. The main storyline seems to be kill the main bad guy so you can get your memories back. I'm on the 4th disc and i honestly don't feel like finishing it. Lol, other than that it's got some deep RPG elements and i really like the fighting system. Plot aside, it is a great game.

Osiris reviewed GTA IV - 10/10 - This game far out shines all the other GTA titles.

#1 The engine that they have is great. The adaptive physics, realistic graphics, and remade combat system make this game one of the greatest that I own.

#2 The story is excellent! Never before in GTA did I care about what was happening to my character. The last two games for GTA (that I played) Vice City and San Andreas never game you an emotional connection to the character. But in GTA 4 you can identify with Nicco, you understand why he's angry and why he does what he does.

#3 Multiplayer. Instead of passing of the controller like we used to, we can assist in the mayhem. True there are a couple glitchy teleporter moments, but they aren't that bad.

Eric reviewed F4: ROTSS - 4/10 - I thought the first Fantastic Four game was fun, this one seemed to dumb it down. =(
The gameplay is slow and basic. Like, more for children to pick up and play maybe. Even though it's like Teen. It's alot of solving puzzles to get from here to there. The story is basic, the models look weird, the voices are not the actors.
Human Torch is the only one fun to play as at all. Just flame on, flame off with the RT button is actually entertaining. -_-
The final battle with Dr. Doom was a joke. I don't understand. You fight on a building, defeat him, the building cracks open and it's full of yellow-orange energy, and he falls in and supposedly dies.

Yeah. I had thought what you're thinking now.

Potential for another fun game wasted. =(

Eric reviewed The Incredible Hulk™ - 8/10 - Not as good as IHUD, but still great. The story is lame and so are the cinematics. UD's story and levels were very fun, this game not so much.

But, destroying New York, taking any building down, the fact everything can be broken, and the powerful punches and super moves make this game.

Gameplay counts more than story to me.

Eric reviewed Iron Man - 7/10 - Not perfect, but certainly not bad. I like it alot still. Sega needed more time to finish the game obviously.

From an Iron Man fan, I do have alot of fun blowing stuff up, flying around, taking names and owning people. Controls are great to me, but take getting used to. The game is hard, but once you get used to the levels it's much easier. I love the upgrades for the armor idea, it allows you to become a "One Man Army" like the tagline is. The boss battles are disappointing though.

Brandon reviewed Silent Hill Homecoming - 6/10 - Ok first off im a fan of silent hill 1,2, and 3 the room I liked but aww forgettable ok first problem i mean this game isnt terrible or anything just shows what happen when you change the developer team I love the movie likenesses and the music top notch really goes great with the mood but story and character's are not scary nor interesting I mean as far as animations theirs been better facial animations on the ps2 silent hill games, havok engine wasted in my opinion there's no point on having objects that your body just happens to run into and they move a tidbit, story which is just about guessable after the first 2 hours I mean if your a fan of survivor horror check it out its worth a rent but only a rent.

i loved the series, lets hope the sort it out for the next game.

Seemed much more pointless than 1st one, achievements tied to challenges and not just "collect them all"

and those cards made it too easy - scan them online for all the animals you need.

Dom reviewed Fracture - 9/10 - Very solid,and fun 3rd person shooter..Should fill the gap very nicely before GOW2 arrives. Nice online gamemodes also.
