Interface is too busy and the profile box doesn't fit in the left column. Tons of products to choose from though.

Hi Ceri,
The stores listed are our US partners. We do not have any UK partners currently listed. However, if you perform a search using the "All stores (UK)" option, you should get results from UK stores only.

Why is it, that when I search using the "All stores (UK)" category, it brings up American stores I've never even heard of? Do you actually use British stores, or do the ones listed ship to the UK?

Hi Jenn, If you are going to continue using the old Facebook you may need to remove What I Want and re-add it using the old Facebook in order for the profile box to show up on the old Facebook. I've been checking out the developer forums and seems there is a known bug where if you add a profile box on the new Facebook and switch back to the old Facebook it doesn't get added to the old one.

I opened a bug with Facebook. They are typically pretty slow in response however.

I've reset the settings several times. Is there nothing else I can do to make it load on my profile? I'm using old Facebook...
