My fiance and I are getting married June 26, 2010  which is 224 days.   Last night I already had my first wedding nightmare.  It was the morning of the wedding and I was so unprepared that I did get my hair done, couldnt find the lady to do my make-up... it was just a disaster.  I woke up 8 times from 4:00 am till 9:00 am from this same nightmare.  Is anyone getting these as early as me ?

I have been having them for the last month and mine is a month after yours! Just the other night i had a dream there was a layer of teal crinoline over my dress and my mom had lost my shoes so I wore my black calf high boots from kenneth cole. The photographer wouldnt tkae pictures because of them , so after the church me nad my FH went looking for shoes. But every shoe place in my town was now a junk dollar store! My bridesmaids werent wearing the color they bought and my reception was in a school gym!
It was funny and scary at the same time!

Mine was like that  last night too, funny but scary.  Like the entire wedding party woke up and played water volleyball for lke 3 hours and I realized I missed my hair appointment and such... weird dreams... lets just hope its our dreams and then our wedding day will be perfect!

Okay, I thought I was the only one...
I too, have been having nightmares. In fact, they started about a week after the proposal in October. The worst one for me was when I was dreaming that my ring crumbled into (3) pieces and I was trying to catch them all. Then each of the pieces started disintegrating and I just couldn't keep them in my hands. I woke up feeling as though in a few years I'd be trying to "gather the pieces of my crumbling marriage".

They've gotten better since then. And I've come to find that any time I'm thinking about the wedding near "bed time", wedding disaster scenarios tend to ooze their way into my dreams.

The good news is that they're just nightmares, right? Ha ha! I hope they go away soon for all of us!

I started at about 385 days left(we're at 286) so yes I started as early and have them on and off and my first one was exactly like yours..

I had my first nightmare about 8 months before the wedding - I dreamed the day came but no one showed up because I forgot to send out invitations, and kept having that dream even after I sent them out!

I had my first wedding nightmare last night... well, more like wedding DRESS nightmare. You know when you look directly at the sun, then look elsewhere, and you see yellow and black circles and stuff everywhere? Well, in my dream I remember looking down at my dress and it was yellow in certain spots, so I ran upstairs to show someone and the next time I looked down there were two cheap-looking flowers pinned to the bottom half of the dress with safety pins, then when I ran into the bathroom to take the dress off, my dress seemed to have transformed because the fabric was divided into panels, and the front panel of the dress was unhooked and falling off (I guess my mind pictured it being hooked together with those hooks that you find at the top of zippers and stuff). Anyway, needless to say I woke up thinking "WTF?!?" and then ran out the door for work. Odd, very odd.

yeah i had my first wedding nightmare around the 340 mark... when nothing had been planned.
