Since he was so rude and unprofessional, you should let us know who it was so if anyone lives in your area they will stay away from him! Don't let other brides go through the hassle you are going through!

I don't wanna send out a bad name because his work is truley beautiful, and for a bigger budget bride I'm sure he'd bend over backwards and do cartwheels to show her his appreciation!

I would be pissed too, but don't ever send someone that much money without a contract!! To save money, why don't you just make your own flowers? you can buy in bulk and have your friends help you. So easy  and so much more affordable.
