I wear them every day and have no problem at all. they're not heavy, i can see perfect - my eyes just look better. consider getting "accent" ones. they're not full, they just go on the far side of your eye to, well, give them an accented look. so if you think they're heavy or blocking your view or over the top or whatever, these aren't as....flashy (for lack of a better word).
Hope this helps! smile

Fake eyelash strips look fake and are not worth it. BUT...fake individual lashes are awesome, and just make you look amazing.

I'm getting Xtreme Lashes done for my wedding (http://www.xtremelashes.com/NC_home_eye … sions.aspx). They last about 3 weeks and are awesome. They just make your eyes look amazing, and I'm so glad I'm getting them done. I would definitley say yes to getting fake lashes put on--they just make you look much more glamourous for your wedding.

Okay so I've had the individual lashes  myself.... not by choice but because i had to get them done for school as well as do them on fellow students..... For everyone who has had them and had to yank and pull on them to get them off try using an oil base eye make up remover, because yanking and pulling on your lashes is never EVER good for your lids..... it opens up your eyelash pores for infections and dirt and grim. Not to mention that your eyelashes take the longest out of any hair on the body to grow back.

I love applying lashes myself. But i can never wear them myself for more than a day because i'm super weird about stuff being around my eyes.

I hope this helps everyone with the removal and what-not :-)
If anyone has any skin care or make-up related questions I was trained in all that stuff too, so feel free to send me a PM

I was in my fiance's sisters wedding in september and we wore them. Wasnt a fan for bridesmaids... Bride they look amazing. If u bridesmaids are anything liek me i have a tendency to squint a bit when i smile so half the photos it looked like my eyes were closed because of the lashes....

I used to model and the fake eyelashes are a must.  I used to hate them but I have grown used to them and I really like the way I look with them on.  My only warning...

Even if you have a professional put them on, they may start to come off ESPECIALLY if you cry.  and when they are half hanging off.. they are so annoying you will want to rip them off.

I suggest putting them on at the trial makeup run to get used to them.  Also, make sure the artist gives you extra glue and shows you how to use it just in case.

I'm having my trial tomorrow, and I'll get them for the trial. If my fiance looks at them and doesn't like them, i wont wear them. that way i'll know if they're fake looking.

Personally, I don't like them. I've worn them once for a photoshoot, and couldn't stand the way they felt. Of course, I'm really weird about having things around my eyes... If you can deal with having them on, and they look wonderful on you, then go for it!
