Why does she want it?
My arms are *always* cold, and I love long-sleeved and three-quarter-sleeved dresses. It's hard to find them at any time of year -- especially as the weather warms! I'd like something that's a little fitted but not bandage-tight, in a neutral color or print that I can dress up or down. Yes, I already have a von Furstenberg. :)

I don't have this exact dress but my recommendation is for the style overall since a lot of designers make it. I have three from Express, one from Guess and one from Bebe. Yes, I am that person that will buy the exact same shirt or pair of shoes in four different colors -- you should stick with what works well. Wrap dresses bridge the gap between conservative and sexy. I wear them to the office and out to dinner. Depending on the weather they look good with strappy shoes, pumps or knee-high leather boots. Make sure you tie the belt correctly or you may accidentally tip your waiter more than you'd like.
