I am sick of having raccoon eyes all the time. I need a quality waterproof eyeliner in black that won't run all over my face.

If you've ever worn a flat diving mask, then you know that it limits your vision pretty severely. It's hard to see anything that isn't directly ahead of you, as it pretty much kills your peripheral vision dead. However, with these incredibly well-designed masks, you can improve your field of vision by 75%. Not too shabby! Never get pantsed again while scuba diving, because you'll have a better eye on things.
I use black, of course, but this fantastic liner is also available in brown. Almay's liquid eyeliner is waterproof, and won't budge for over 16 hours. I've never had a problem with smudging, and I adore the felt tip on the applicator. It's cheap, reliable, and fancy - an eye-opening discovery.
