I've really been enjoying the coffee from Kauai, and order it all the time: but perhaps in similar vein there are some other less commercial types of coffee I should try out from other areas of the world- any recs? Thanks!

Straight from Indonesia, this coffee bean passes through the digestive tract of the Indonesian Civet and the bean that comes out is apparently the best coffee in the world, selling for $50 a cup. If you have a penchant for having rare coffee that (at one point has been digested... ). I know that I'd absolutely drink a cup, just for the experience.
Best coffee in the world. Grown under shade and on the blue mountains of Jamaica. Smooth and rich, sweet and nutty, it's my favorite coffee ever.
It's fair trade...and delicious!
