Don't let the name of this lovely dress fool you...it's not restricted to summertime or beaches. Layer it under a cozy sweater with tights and boots for a great wintertime outfit. Slip on your favorite sandals and chunky beads when the weather warms up. It comes in several great colors and the strapless style is really big right now.
