I read that dark chocolate is a great natural cough suppressant and instead of eating a ton of chocolate bars I think I'd rather just drink it. I want dark chocolate and maybe something like Mexican cocoa with spices.

The idea of having dedicated "shot mugs" to have divinely thick hot chocolate in really appeals, especially when the hot choc is spiced with cardamom.
I recently discovered Xocai, a totally delicious mix of dark chocolate, acai, blueberries, and cayenne. Xocai comes as a powder and you mix in into a thick liquid and drink it as a shot 3 times/day. A hot chocolate that mixes spicy chilis and dark chocolate will really knock your socks off. True, the mix probably contains a bit too much sucrose to qualify as a pure dark chocolate "superfood" but there is still enough in there to give you a big antioxidant wallop. Also, chilis both mix well w/chocolate and contain capsaicin which has anti-inflammatory benefits, one of the keys to slowing the human aging process. At the end of the day, you might just love this stuff because it is absolutely delicious and can keep you going when you are tired.
Steve stumbled across this place the last time he was in San Francisco, and EVERYTHING they have is absolutely amazing. This sipping chocolate has ground chiles and a whiff of cinnamon. Good for what ails ya, even if that's only a long day at work. ;)
