You can use this spray upside down, which means you can spray it everywhere. Being able to spray sunscreen on my own back is a big plus when I'm working out in the summer. Plus, you don't have to rub it in; its waterproof; and it comes in SPF 15 and SPF 50.

Terrasport organic sunblock is a good alternative to some of the more industrial grade sunblocks out there.

Another MUST when gardening is sunscreen. What I like about Bull Frog is the convenient spray. It goes on evenly, gives fabulous protection and it isn't messy. You can even spray it on your face.

Looking like a lobster is cool – if you are a lobster! A painful sunburn can ruin a vacation, cause children to point and stare, and lead to cancer. Bull Frog Surfer Formula Gel offers the best sun protection on the market. I have tried other brands but Bull Frog provides durable long-lasting protection in the water. Price – About $8.00 a bottle

Protect yourself from the California sun with this 30 SPF sunscreen from Coppertone. It's oil free, so your skin will especially thank you.

This is quality sunscreen with only the best ingredients. It's super strength water resistant so there's no fear of dripping into the eyes. Made by surfers for surfers so it's tough. I use it to run on hot days and it does the job.

Hands down my favorite sunblock for surfing. Goes on thick but does not feel greasy and stays on forever. I have surfed in the tropics and been in the water for hours at a time and never gotten burned when I use this stuff. NOT good for climbing trips as it leaves your fiingers a bit slippery for too long.
