For the past several years, NASCARs Sprint Cup Series has produced a dozen or more different race winners by seasons end.
But unless this years numbers improve, the 2010 season could see that number dip to its lowest point in more than a decade.
Fewer race winners could mean more teams heading into the Chase still searching for that first win of the season.
