Campaign Description
The village of Meyenne is in desperate need of a school. Currently there is a one room school house and the walls do not reach the ceiling. During the rainy season school is often cancelled.
The teachers teach six grades in one room with two blackboards.
The cost to build a two room school in Meyenne has been quoted at $9000.00 CDN. The goal has been divided into $25.00 "Bricks." Each brick donated builds a better school and brighter future for the students in Meyenne.
The Okala Foundation would like to send a thank you and Okala Foundation key chain to all donors. An administrator will contact donors for mailing addresses. Thank you.
