  • Help icon  Q. How do I add the Social RSS application?
  • Answer icon  A. To add Social RSS to your profile click here. To add Social RSS to a Facebook Page click here and click "Add to Page".
  • Help icon  Q. I have added the application but can't see it in my profile. What should I do?
  • Answer icon  A. Hover over "Settings" at the top of this page (it should be next to your name). Click "Social RSS." Click "Add" next to "tab" and "box."
  • Help icon  Q. How many RSS Feeds can I have?
  • Answer icon  A. You can have a maximum of 5 RSS Feeds with Social RSS. If you need more we can build you a set of customised applications with your branding on.   • Help icon  Q. Would it be possible for me to share my stories with my friends?
  • Answer icon  A. We provide many methods of sharing your feeds with your friends. Please click the "audience" tab above for more information on this.

  • Answer icon  A. Aside from the sharing tools mentioned in the last question we provide a free toolbar which can be downloaded. For more information on this click the toolbar tab above.

  • Answer icon  A. We will only email you if you contact us via our contact us page.
  • Help icon  Q. How do I report abuse or inflamatory feed content?
  • Answer icon  A. Social RSS takes abusive or inflamatory feed content very seriously. If you wish to report a feed, click the "Report" link next to the feed title.
  • Help icon  Q. How do I contact Social RSS or report something strange, weird or out of ordinary?
  • Answer icon  A. Visit our contact us page where you can contact us directly.
  • Help icon  Q. How do I remove the Social RSS application?
  • Answer icon  A. To remove Social RSS from a profile, click and click the "X" next to Social RSS. To remove Social RSS from a Facebook Page you must go to your page, click "Edit Page", scroll down to Social RSS, click the pencil icon and click "Remove application."

  • Answer icon  A. The entire Social RSS application is developed in-house by a small team of enthusiastic developers.
