Band Bio: Lowry continues it's musical support of a lyrical thread that began 4 years ago with their debut release "Awful Joy". On their second record, "Love is Dead" (Engine Room Recordings), the band explores the melancholy world that surrounds love, exploration and a micro-thin thread of hope. The sound is best described as 'Post Americana', although over half of the band is from other countries. To shine a light on the profile of the band would reveal a shadow that would look a little bit like Thomas Newman posing as the the evil 5th member of Pink Floyd.
