Band Bio: Eclectic Submarine is a recently formed musician/producer duo. Eclectic Submarine's self-produced debut Ep is nearly finished. Celsey and Tim have decided to go down the down-tempo experimental-electronica road with this Ep, although they are are aiming for a sound that is danceable, catchy and funky!
