Band Bio: 8 KOunt is a hard-driving high energy modern rock band that has scored international attention in Metal Edge, Hit Parader, Concrete Corner and Fuse television. The band has recently released their debut CD, Cornered, and is following up with a KO live show in their quest for complete world domination! If you think about the legends of rock: bands like Zeppelin, Aerosmith, U2, NIN: all very different bands with one commonality a passion for what they believe in and the ability to make you believe in whatever it is they're selling. Ohio's 8 KOunt is no different. They want you to believe in them, their music, and their ability to deliver the goods every time they take the stage. If their debut CD release is any indication, sign me up. The Russ-T Cobb (Avril Lavigne, Butch Walker, Sevendust, Bowling For Soup) and Ron Bennett produced disc delivers solid songwriting and an ample supply of both rock and pop sensibilities.
