I have been modifying the flavours over the years. This is my final version. It's creamy, has a bit of crunch and nice zip to it.

A favourite side dish of mine even though I'm not big on tomatoes. I love the tomato and cheese combo. You can also bake in muffin tins for individual portions.

Assemble this the night before then pop in the oven in the morning to treat your guests to an amazing addition to breakfast. Everyone will want the recipe!
