Here's a gem. Lightly banana flavoured creamy cheesecake on a sweet wafer crumb crust topped with bananas and pecans in a banana enhanced caramel sauce.

I have been modifying the flavours over the years. This is my final version. It's creamy, has a bit of crunch and nice zip to it.
