Red-wine braised chicken with sage polenta

SynDee's™ Haddock Chowder

Haddock is my favorite white fish next to Lemon Sole. It makes the best chowder. I make it for myself all the time and eat the whole pot myself...just can't get enough. Of course it's brain food too!
