Basically, it's like Photos, only for quotes - all those quotes from your friends, taken out of context, that you put on your profile? Yeah, now they're in a central location, and you can look through all of the quotes that you and your friends post, and pick which ones you want to add to your profile.
If you don't get it, just give it a try - it's pretty self-explanatory. If you like it, keep it, and invite your friends!
