Eligibility: The Victoria’s Secret Stores Fashion Show Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to individuals who i) are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who at time of entry reside within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia; ii) are age 18 or older; and iii) are registered users of Facebook. Employees of Victoria’s Secret Stores Brand Management, Inc., (the “Sponsor”), Ventura Associates, Inc., Facebook, Inc. and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”), and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter or win. Sweepstakes governed by U.S. law. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

Sweepstakes Entry Period: The Sweepstakes commence at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 18, 2009 and end at 11:59 PM ET on October 12, 2009.

After you are a Fan of Victoria’s Secret, follow the on-screen instructions at www.facebook.com/victoriassecret on how to enter the Sweepstakes. No purchase or any other form of consideration is required to become a Fan of Victoria’s Secret or enter the Sweepstakes. www.facebook.com/victoriassecret is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. Limit one Entry per user/person. Entries made with multiple identities or through the use of any other device or artifice to enter multiple times will be deemed invalid, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. As part of the sweepstakes entry process, entrants will be required to indicate that they have read, accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Facebook is neither a sponsor nor a participant in this Sweepstakes.

Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize: Trip for winner and one (1) guest to attend the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show (“Fashion Show”) in New York City from November 18 to November 20, 2009. Winner and guest must be available to travel on the date specified. This prize consists of a pair of admission tickets to the Fashion Show on Nov. 19, 2009, round trip coach air transportation from the major airport nearest winner’s primary residence, two nights hotel accommodations (one room double occupancy at a hotel to be selected by Sponsor). Approximate retail value (“ARV”) $4,000. (Tickets for the Fashion Show have no monetary value. Actual value of airfare will depend on the location of winner and fares at time of departure.) All other trip expenses/incidentals not included in the prize description above (including but not limited to taxes, tips, transportation between airport/hotel and meals) will be the winner’s sole responsibility. Five (5) First Prize Winners will each receive two (2) $100 personalized Victoria’s Secret Gift Cards each; one Gift Card will be personalized in the name of the winner and one Gift Card will be personalized in the name of his/her designated friend. (ARV $200 per prize.) Total “ARV” of all prizes to be awarded: $5,000.00.

Travel Prize:
If the prize is won by a minor in his/her state, the prize will be awarded in the minor’s behalf to a parent or legal guardian who must accompany minor on trip as minor’s guest. Winner’s guest must be the age of majority in his/her state of jurisdiction. Both winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary on the dates specified by Sponsor, which are subject to change at Sponsor’s sole discretion. In the event winner is unable to take the trip, he/she shall forfeit all rights to the trip and will receive a $200 Victoria’s Secret gift card instead. Sponsor is not responsible for postponement or cancellation of the Fashion Show. If for any reason the Fashion Show is postponed or cancelled, only the trip portion of the prize will be awarded (without the event) on the same itinerary. In the event the trip winner lives within 150 miles of the Fashion Show event, winner will be provided with Sponsor’s choice of adequate ground transportation with no further obligation to the winner. Winner and guest may have to submit to a background check prior to admittance to the Fashion Show. Winner and guest must comply with any security procedure or measures imposed by the Sponsor and/or its representatives. Furthermore, the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify winner for failure to execute any required paperwork, refusing to participate in any promotional event or advertising, or engaging in any activity which offends the public morals, embarrasses the Sponsor or violates the law of any jurisdiction. The Fashion Show prize winner and guest must be available to travel on the date specified for the event or the will be forfeited. Additional restrictions may apply.

Random Drawings: Potential Winners will be drawn at random on or about October 19, 2009 from among all eligible entries received. Drawings will be conducted by Ventura Associates, Inc., an independent judging organization (“judges”) whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Limit one (1) prize per person.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. All fees, federal, state, local or other expenses relating to the use, acceptance and possession of prize are the sole responsibility of each winner.

Winner Notification: Each potential winner (“winner”) is subject to verification and will be notified by email within three (3) days of the drawing. An email prize notification will be sent to each potential winner based on the information provided by winner on the Entry form. Two attempts will be made to contact potential winner within a seventy two (72) hour period over three (3) business days. If both attempts fail to reach the potential winner for any reason including the potential winner’s use of a spam filter, or, if the potential winner fails to respond for any reason to the notification as directed, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion. Entrants are responsible for notifying Sponsor of changes in their email address. In the event it is determined that a potential winner has not complied with these Official Rules, or has failed to execute and return any required documents within the specified time period, or has made false statements or a prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if winner is otherwise found to be ineligible, or if the selected potential winner cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason, the potential winner will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received. Should a winner make any false statement(s) in any document required by Sponsor, that winner will be disqualified and required to promptly return to Sponsor his or her prize. If a winner is disqualified for any reason, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible received in the sweepstakes.
The Sponsor reserves the right to modify the notification procedures in connection with the selection of an alternate winner, if any. All prizes will be awarded ten (10) days after receipt of prize notification/verification.

The Grand Prize Winner of the trip will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability and, unless prohibited by law, Publicity Release (“Affidavit/Release”) as well as any other documents which may be required by Sponsor or Sweepstakes Administrator, all of which must be received fully executed within five (5) business days of date printed on notification or she/he may be disqualified. A background check may be conducted on the Grand Prize Winner, and the potential winner must consent to same. At the sole discretion of the Sponsor, the Grand Prize Winner may be disqualified for any of the following: if charged with or convicted of a felony or misdemeanor, is not eligible based on the eligibility requirements set forth above, or if delinquent on a government ordered payment, such as but not limited to: child support, spousal support, alimony, tax payments, etc. Travel companion must sign and return a release of Liability and Publicity (where permitted by law) prior to travel or will not be permitted to accompany winner on trip.

Consent and Release: Entry and acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor (except where prohibited by law) to use each winner’s name, prize won, hometown and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation. Participating entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of judges and the Sponsor, and release the Sweepstakes Entities and their parent companies, affiliates and all other businesses involved in this Sweepstakes, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from all claims and liability relating to their participation, acceptance and use of prize. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Sweepstakes or use or misuse of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prizes.

In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, or order of any court or other cause not within Sponsor’s control, Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, extend or terminate the Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of New York, U.S.A. without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions. By participating, entrants agree that any and all disputes arising out of or relating in any way to this Sweepstakes shall be litigated only in courts sitting in the State of Ohio, U.S.A. without regard to Ohio choice of law rules.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor and the independent judging organization, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to: permanently disqualify from any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules; and terminate the Sweepstakes if it becomes technically corrupted (including if a computer virus or system malfunction inalterably impairs its ability to conduct the Sweepstakes), or to select winner(s) from among all eligible entries received prior to termination.
