NOTE:
1. La partecipazione al concorso è completamente gratuita e non è vincolata ad acquisti.
Possono partecipare solo residenti nelle seguenti nazioni: Italia, Svizzera,Francia,Austria,Germania,San Marino,Slovenia,Bosnia,Croazia che abbiano compiuto il 13° anno di età.
E’ vietata la partecipazione a dipendenti e dirigenti della Soc. Mobilificio Orobico srl (“Sponsor”).

2. TERMINI. The Giveaway begins on or about September 1st, 2009 and ends on October 31, 2009 (“Giveaway Period”). Participants may enter at Etnostore Facebook Fan page no more than one (1) times during the promotion by becoming a ‘Fan’, providing email address, and accepting the Official Rules. Once the survey is completed and the Rules accepted. If entries does not comply it could be rejected. Only complete entry forms are eligible. Lost, incomplete, unreadable, or unintelligible entries will be disqualified.

3. SELECTED DRAWING. Winner will be selected from the first ten (10) partecipants elected by the public. One (1) Winner will be selected from all eligible Entries received during the Giveaway period. The winners will be required to respond as directed to the notification within the time specified or forfeit the Daily Prize and an alternate potential winner will be selected. Winners will be required to respond within five (5) business days of receipt of notification. In the event of noncompliance, or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable or release documents are not completed, notarized and returned within the time specified prize forfeiture will result and an alternate potential winner will be selected.

4. PREMI
(1) Primo Premio: Consistente in una donazione a nome del vincitore offerta dalla Soc. Mobilificio Orobico all’associazione “Missione Calcutta” che si occupa di adozioni a distanza in India oltre ad un BUONO ACQUISTO del valore di 200,00 euro spendibile presso la showroom Etnostore oltre ad una stampa in formato 50×35 della foto vincente su pannello rigido che verrà consegnata al vincitore.
(2) Secondo Premio: Un Memory Card CF o SD 4gb ed una stampa in formato 30×20 su pannello rigido.
Prize may not be substituted, transferred or exchanged in whole or in part except at the sole discretion of Etnostore. Upon receipt of the Prize by Winner, Etnostore shall not be responsible for lost or stolen Prizes. Winners shall be responsible for any and all federal, state and/or local taxes resulting from acceptance of Prize. All other expenses on the receipt and use of the Prize not specifically mentioned herein are solely the responsibility of the Winner.

5. ODDS OF WINNING. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during each Giveaway Day.

6. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION/INDEMNIFICATION. By participating, Participant
agrees to be bound by these Rules and the decisions of Mobilificio Orobico srl Etnostore, which shall be final and legally binding in all respects. Mobilificio Orobico srl Etnostore is not responsible for incorrect, inaccurate, or omitted entry information or any combination thereof, printing errors, or late or lost entries or for technical or hardware failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission which may limit user’s ability to participate. Further, Mobilificio Orobico srl Etnostore is not responsible for any data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entries or materials, or failure to collect or store entries.

8. ELENCO VINCITORI. L’elenco dei vincitori verrà inviato su richiesta, oltre alla pubblicazione sul sito etnostore.com.

9. UTILIZZO DELLE IMMAGINI. I partecipanti autorizzano la Soc. Mobilificio Orobico ad esporre le fotografie presso l’Etnostore Art Gallery, oltre alla pubblicazione delle vincenti sul sito www.etnostore.com.
