(i) the customer will comply with all applicable laws in their use of all Warner content (ii) tickets and prizes offered hereunder are for personal use only and that they are not granted any commercial, sale, resale, reproduction, distribution or promotional use (iii) unauthorized reproduction or distribution of any Warner content, including downloads, is expressly prohibited and may violate applicable law; (iv) they are not permitted to modify, edit or repurpose Warner content, including by creating ringtones from downloads; (v) Warner makes no representations or warranties about the Warner content or the site or the services and excludes all representations and warranties that might otherwise be implied to the extent permitted by applicable laws; (vi) Warner reserves all rights not expressly granted to the customer.
