The application is supplied as is, without any express or implied warranties - for example as to its continued usability now or in the future.

The application makes no claims as to the accuracy of its results. The results explanation is the interpretation of the test's author, and is not claimed to represent an expert interpretation, the definitive interpretation, or the interpretation of the larger scientific community. The user takes full responsibility for any actions taken on the basis of this application's feedback. This application and its results are just for fun.

This application may only be used by individual users, for fun and self-discovery. It must not be used for any other purpose, including (but not limited to) in an organisational context to select or evaluate employees.

This disclaimer may change in future, and the user will still be bound by it. It is the responsibility of the user to check it when using the application.

User personality information may be disclosed to third parties, for example (but not limited to) research institutions, in an anonymous manner such that the information cannot be tracked back to the individual user.

If the user would like to remove the application they may do so at any time by removing it from their Facebook profile. At this point, stored information about the user will be deleted
