I had this issue as well. I deleted my bike profile and created a new on and it let me upload the picture. But I couldn't agree more, this app sucks pretty hard. I have had several issues.

It seems to be a persistant problem. I had this probem over a month ago, and I haven't tried to upload since then.

How's it a cool application any more, when things have not been working for weeks? I've been having the same issue of not being able to upload images for quite a while too.
