Terms of Use for Submitting Entries

The ADHD Moms™ Mom-bassadors™ application is owned and controlled by McNeil Pediatrics™, Division of Ortho-McNeil-Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Inc. All entries will be reviewed and only a small number will be accepted for publishing. If your submission is chosen, McNeil Pediatrics™ or a member of its affiliated companies will contact you for development of a personal Mom-bassador™ column describing about how you made a difference in your child's life. Additionally, you will also be invited to contribute to other community features throughout the year, which may include articles, podcasts or other tools sharing your experiences as an ADHD caregiver. All content may be archived permanently on the ADHD Moms™ community. Your submission may be forwarded to the ADHD Moms™ community leaders and other people within Ortho-McNeil-Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Inc., and its affiliated companies, including McNeil Pediatrics™ for follow-up as appropriate. Please note that we will not accept comments about any specific products or treatments, whether they are sold by McNeil Pediatrics™, affiliated companies or competitors. Product-specific questions should be directed to the companies that sell them.

Please keep in mind that McNeil Pediatrics™ and its affiliated companies work within highly-regulated industries. Therefore, comments that pertain to ongoing legal matters or regulatory issues are unlikely to be accepted or published. Additionally, by submitting your story to the Mom-bassadors™ application, you are agreeing that a member of McNeil Pediatrics™ and/or its affiliated companies may contact you through your Facebook profile message inbox to request more information about your role as an ADHD caregiver. In that correspondence, you will be asked to provide your preferred method of contact so McNeil Pediatrics™ and its affiliated companies may contact you again to develop personal features for the ADHD Moms™ community, which may include articles, podcasts or other features.

For those who would like to submit entries and are located outside the United States, please be advised that by clicking on the "I ACCEPT" button, you consent to the information being transferred to other countries that may not have equivalent laws to protect such information, including countries outside of the European Union/European Economic Area.
