| Description: | I live in a 3/2.5 townhouse located near Archer Road and 34th Street. The place is fully furnished aside from the open bedroom (we may be able to furnish it with a bed, nightstand, and desk if needed). The avaiable room is upstairs and has a walk-in closet. I am a graduate student in the Master of Science in Entrepreneurship Program through UF's business college. My other roommate is a junior and is on the pre-med track). We are both easy to get along with and pretty busy between class and work. We would love to find another person to move in the house. The rent is $380/month plus 1/3 of cable (includes high speed wireless internet) and utility bills. The room will be available around mid-December for renting in the Spring. The complex is located along 4 bus routes to campus (#9, 34, 35, 36) and it is about a 15 minute ride to the middle of campus. Message me for more info, pictures, or if you want to check it out! |
