You have my support in such a venture. It would have to happen in a more populated area, however....I knew an actual German chef that lives in Okinawa that wants to transfer over here, and he was begging me to find him a job. On second thought, I have a very good friend here that owns a hotel/restaurant who is looking for a chef. He turned down my German chef friend because he's too old (50's-60's range). It's a thought?
