Description: It is an Apartment at the Crestwood apartments on Thomas off of Oak st near Bonnie Brae.We are subleasing an 800 sqft 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment less than a mile from campus. This Apartment is one of the cheapest and biggest apartments near campus. It's 288 a person if you split it between two people. You have to pay bills, but they usually average around 50 or less a person. We love this apartment and it is such a good deal, the only reason we are moving is because we are acquiring two more people so the apartment is obviously too small for 4 people. But for 2 people or if a couple or two were to share the rooms it has plenty of space. The apartment has a lot of character and is super homey. The deposit is $200, the rent is $575,and the application fee is $30. We are going to be done moving out by the 13th of November and would like to sublease it asap.It can be for apart of Nov. or for beginning of December. The lease is till the end of may.
