Description: I have a beautiful 7 1/2 foot pre strung/lighted Christmas Tree. The Revolving Tree Stand base stopped working after the first year, but I'm guessing someone mechanically inclined could fix it. Even stationary this is a beautiful tree. It requires an area of about 4 feet by 4 feet to assemble.

I've loved this tree for several years. It is was a $200 tree brand new. I'm selling it because I bought new furniture in the past year and now there isn't enough room to display the tree in my house. I currently have the tree set up in my garage if you'd like to come and check it out. I would also consider trading for a smaller normal width or skinny tree between 6 feet and 7 1/2 feet tall. 50.00 OBO (box included).
