THIS IS A VERY PRETTY DRESS IN THE ROYAL BLUE WITH SILVER RUNNING UP AND DOWN ON THE DRESS. THE SLEEVES ARE SHORT WITH GATHERING AT THE SHOULDER, THE SLEEVE LAPS OVER JUST PAST THE SHOULDER (LIKE A TULIP PETAL). ROUNDED NECKLINE AND THE FRONT CROSSES AND BUTTONS ON THE SIDE WITH TINY BLUE BUTTONS. THE SKIRT CURVES IN THE FRONT WITH RUFFLING COMING DOWN PART WAY. ALSO, RUFFLING IN THE BACK ACROSS THE WAIST THAT HANGS DOWN. YOU WILL NEED TO WEAR A SLIP UNDER THIS DRESS. POLYESTER. HAND WASH.
