We have one room available in our 3 bedroom apartment.

the apt:
-near the Carroll St stop off the F&G but the B61 will take you to the 4/5/R/M/2/3/F/A/C ( takes me 30 mins to get to Union Square in the AM )
-3 large bedrooms (each with a window, a/c unit [under the window] and large closet) 1 and 1/2 baths, large living space, dining area, dishwasher, and a washer/dryer in our apartment!
-rent is $867/month, and your name needs to be on the lease for a year commitment.
-credit check and first and last months rent for move in.
-sorry no pets

we are:
-2 ladies in our late(ish) 20s
-really into Project Runway, Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia and Family Guy
-are both the "artsy type" ( art school graduates )
-are employed and responsible
-pretty low key/ chill

you should be:
-employed
-responsible and pay bills on time
-out of college
-tidy and can contribute to the needs of the apartment.
-chill and not a big partier.
-not a murderer or planning to become one

I'm looking to move ASAP. Is the room still available? A bit about me: I'm 22 (a recent grad-May '09), work in a big advertising agency in the Financial District, and am very laid back. I like to explore the city on the weekends and meet new people. I also have a cat.
