Description: Really spacious & cute Boulder house with an UNBEATABLE location! About a five minute walk to the UMC and 7 minutes walking to The Hill. Bus stop conveniently located at the end of street and 2 off-street parking spots in the back of the house. All 4 rooms are nicely spaced out throughout the house giving each roommate more privacy. All the bedrooms are a good size, two bathrooms, a large living room, extra recreation room, fully furnished kitchen, and a laundry room. New washer and dryer, new water heater, new carpet, and new paint at time of move-in. This house is also pet-friend, which is very difficult to find living on the hill! The landlords live in California and they are really really great! The house also comes with an on-call handy man employed by the landlords, which is great for quick fixes needed around the house!
