Other roommates: 3 Males, Clean, Quiet & Friendly (I know them personally & more than willing to have you meet them as well.) $439/month rent w/o utilities which is usually around $50 per person a month. Near campus, I walk almost every day to class and there is also a Day bus & Night Nole stop directly in front of the complex. Any other questions message me & I will quickly respond. Can sublease from the first week in December and lease ends in early August.
