Description: Hello,

This is a single bedroom and shared bath available for rent on the 16th floor of the Costa Verde Towers in utc/la jolla (very close to ucsd).

It will be available December 1st, although you could likely move in a few days before.

There are currently 3 males living here, one ucsd student and 2 ucsd graduates. We're all pretty quiet and busy.

Rent is $600/month + around $75 for utilities and a $300 deposit. You'd have to sign onto the lease, (which is currently a one year lease with the main signers) but leaving before that time is not that strict.

It is located at nobel and genesse, close to stores and the city bus/ucsd shuttle route. It also has really nice tennis/b-ball courts, pool, gym etc. Ideal for a ucsd student/grad student.
