Description: Rent our 1 bedroom and 1 bath apartment with an oasis floor plan in St. Croix Apartments. It is the middle sized 1 bedroom floor plan in this apartment complex (677 square feet). We bought a house and need to rent out our apartment soon! Amenities include: gated community, vaulted ceilings, private balcony, exterior storage, valet trash pick up, two pools (with free internet access), two spas, volleyball court, lighted tennis courts, 24 hr fitness center, free tanning bed, car wash station, dog park, business center, and a laundry center (washer/dryer hookup is also available in the apt). It's located on Bruce B Downs and is minutes away from USF, I275, & I75! It takes about 20 minutes to get to downtown Tampa, Brandon, or Wesley Chapel. It will be available sometime mid-December and the lease ends June 2010 (which can be renewed). First months rent will be due Jan. 3 (it's due the beginning of each month). We will pay the subleasing fee and when the lease ends you will get to keep the deposit money that we originally put down on the apartment. Also, locks will be changed when you move in and take over the lease! Market value for this apartment is currently $825 so your getting the apartment for a great price (Our apartment is also cheaper than the smaller 1 bedroom apartment)!
