Why? I need to move immediately!!! I got a job in Roanoke, and do not wish to commute. I was sent a scam and the girl lead me on to believe she was moving in...and has not replied to me in a week.

Description: The appartment is very spacious for one person. It would even be perfect for a couple. There are many closets: large and small closet in the hallways, coat closet, large bedroom closet, and kitchen closet. Kitchen has a lot of cabinets for storage. Kitchen has a dishwasher, garbage disposal, frigde, and oven. The balcony has the most amazing view of the mountains. Community is very quiet and only 1.5 miles from campus. 2 VT bus stops in the community. Gym is open 9-5 mon-fri and the pool is open during season. Off street parking and no passes are needed...there is a lot of parking. Windsor Hills is pet friendly with a deposit.
Move in immediately and don't pay any rent for November. There is a security deposit of $400, and some of it is refundable. The security deposit would be made out to me to refund the money I gave to Windsor Hills already. The application fee is $35 and is deducted from your first month's rent. Rent is $665 and is due the 1st of every month. The lease ends July 7, 2010.
