The apartment is VERY nice and and your basically downtown. Rent is $612 + utilities but you dont have to ever worry about a parking pass, parking tickets, or driving much at all for that matter.
909 is a new complex and no one else has even lived in our unit. Very spacious, and clean. Complex offers free parking, great pool, work out room, and study room. Jittery Joes is right across the street and the multimodule bus line is right next door!
