Description: I am subleasing my 1 bedroom apartment in Kent Village apartments. It is $645 a month plus a $400 security deposit. This includes all utilities and also air conditioning, which is very nice in the summer.

The apartment is on the KSU bus line and is only a few minutes driving distance from campus. The apartment also includes a storage locker, access to an internet cafe, swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts, coin laundry on every floor, bike storage garage, and plenty of parking for you and your visitors. No pets are allowed.

The apartment itself is very spacious and is in excellent condition. I just moved in in April 2009 and before I moved in I was given new counter tops, new cupboards, a new kitchen sink, new carpeting, new flooring in the kitchen and bathroom, a new stove and microwave, a new bathroom vanity, and fresh paint.

The move-in date is negotiable. I can move out pretty much any time after Fall semester is over. Preferably before Christmas though. The lease will run until August 21, 2009.
