I am looking to move into a new apt in January and need to get out of my current lease. My lease runs through July 2010. You can move in December or January. Looking for a FEMALE roommate to live with 3 other UCF students (1 Junior and 2 Sophomores). All very nice and fun to live with in a 4 bedroom 2 bath. Shared bathroom has double sink and seperate from shower and toilet. Apartment is in phase I (close to the pool, clubhouse, mailboxes, leasing office, basketball and volleyball courts) on the first floor.
Rent is $495 including utilities. Has carpet, dishwasher, washer/dryer, AC, and fully furnished! The room is a nice size as well. Office puts on great activities for residents and clubhouse includes 24 hr. computer lab with free printing, movie room with huge projector screen and gym!
The UCF bus system stops at The Edgei as well. You can see it coming from the living room window so no need to wait outside!
December rent paid for!

HI! I am currently looking for a place to live in orlando starting the last week in december. I've just graduated from school in New york and am going down to florida to start grad school in the fall. I won't be able to come and look at the place or meet any of the roommates and i would have to do everything by phone and mail so I hope that wouldn't be a problem. I had sublet an apartment over the summer at the Alafaya club apartments and we did it the same way and it worked out okay.
