Description: My apartment is in Pineview off South Milledge close to campus and loop 10- and on bus route 14 (transit to campus). It's an upstairs bedroom in a spacious 4-bedroom 3-bathroom apartment. We're looking for a female subletter as we are all girls; my roommates are lovely friendly people who you will have no trouble getting along with. A washer/dryer is included along with kitchen appliances and furnished bedroom. $275 is the montly rent price you will pay for Jan-April (you will not pay for full May rent ).You will have to help pay utilities but you will simply pay a fourth and it's not much.
