Description: We're selling our super soft, butter-colored sofa and arm chair set. We really love these 2 pieces, but because we're moving to a smaller apartment, we have to let go of them.
These pieces are beautiful and add a casual elegance to any space.
As a set, we're selling them for $1000, but separately, $350 for the arm chair and $750 for the couch / sofa. This is way below the price we payed for both pieces.
Wear and Tear:
Armchair - NONE - essentially brand new, barely used
Couch - Slightly wrinkled from every day use (as is typical with leather). A few scratches (pictured in 4th image), due to everyday wear & tear. I can send better quality images, if you require.
This is coming from a clean, non-smoking household.
