The room and the rest of the condo is fully furnished with a big screen TV, lazy boy couch and all basic appliances. Other available features include backyard, free laundry on site and parking for extra pay.
It's located 15 minutes bus ride to downtown and 30 minute bus ride to Carleton (buses right across the street). It's in a convenient location, 5 minute walk to the Herongate mall containing Food Basics, Pharmacy, Quickie, Tim Hortons, McDonalds and so on and many other malls, restaurants, and South keys theatre within 30 minutes walk.
I'm a quiet, clean and respectful female. Looking for the same in a roommate. I'm 25, a grad student about to graduate in September. I'm very easygoing and love to have fun but I"m over the excessive partying/drinking stage. I prefer a more mature student or professional.
