Description: 1 bedroom in a 3 bedroom available Dec 1st. You'd be taking over a lease going to Sept 1st. First and security deposit required to move in. Utilities run about 70 a person per month.
About the place:
- Hardwood floors throughout
- Decent size living room and kitchen (gas stove) - good water pressure
- Nice bar area w/ homebrew kegerator
- Heat and h/w included (we pay for stove gas though)
- Internet and Cable w/ huge HDTV
- Laundry in adjacent building
- Very chill and clean roommates
- Building management is amazing! Best service I've ever had in an apartment. - Right on Beacon St near Coolidge Corner, sweet location, C line stop is right out the door. Tons of places to eat, shop, etc.
About the room:
- 11' x 11' roughly
- Nice closet

About us:
Joe (30, straight male), that's me, is a computer guy for Berklee, into homebrewing and craft beer. Easy going, likes good jazz, geeky movies and the Andy Griffith Show.
Dan, (mid 20's, straight male) works for the BU Library, big Pats and Red Sox fan, enjoys long walks on the beach, ok not really but he's a very chill guy.
We're both fairly clean but not nazis about it.
About you:
Respectful of others, cleans up after yourself, gets along well with others. Guy or girl (We are gay, lesbian, and 420 friendly). If you're into good beer that's a huge plus. Non-smoker preferred but if you do smoke you have to do it outside. Looking for someone who will be around for at least one year.
