Description: My name is Regina I’m a 23 year old college grad and I’m looking for a roommate someone between the ages of 22-26 years old also a non smoker would be preferred also someone who is going to pay the bills on time and who can move in asap or Dec 1st. My apartment is great it’s a two bedroom one bath. The bedroom is big enough to fit a queen sized bed and more. There is a large living room, dinning room, and kitchen there is also a washer and dryer in the unit. My landlord has said he is going to put in new hard wood floors! The apt is a 10 min walk from Wrigleville and about a 3 min walk to the Sheridan red line stop. I don’t have that much furniture I have a couch and two tables and that’s about it, so there is more then enough room for what ever furniture you have! The Rent is $675 and there is a security deposit of $700.
I’m very fun and respectful. I like to go out and have a good time and I like having people come over as well. But I am not a big partier I mostly meet my friends some place. I love doing things outside but one of my fave this is going out to dinner. I would really love a roommate how I can hang out with and do fun things with as well.
