Description: I am looking for a responsible roommate to rent out the second bedroom to my well-maintained 2 bed/2 bath condo located in the Arbor Hill area of South Weymouth.

Convenient to Boston and public transportation, the condo unit contains a washer/dryer, dishwashing machine, screened-in patio, and all appliances are about four years old. The second bedroom is 12’ by 10’ and contains a full bath and a spacious closet. The living room and kitchen are fully furnished with a 32-inch TV, furniture and all cooking necessities. Condo benefits include a small fitness center, pool, tennis courts, walking trails, extra storage space and a parking spot.

About me: I am a friendly, outgoing 25-year old professional working in Downtown Boston, who is an avid runner and Boston sports fan. I am rarely around the condo except to eat and sleep during the week, and keep rather quiet when I am in the condo.

Monthly price of $675 includes heat, hot water, cable/internet and utilities. There cannot be pets in the condo complex, and I would prefer a non-smoker. Please contact me if you would like more information on the condo, or would like to view the unit. I am flexible on the move-in date, which can be anytime after December 1.
