Why? 2 rooms for 1 price of $575. The reason I am doing this is so the person can have a bedroom and an extra room to use as a "front room", office/study, large closet area or whatever else. Common areas still usable also.

COMMON SPACE: There is a very large common area consisting of the mud room, open layout living room, dining room and a LARGE GOURMET SIZE KITCHEN. There is also a nice size patio, storage space and WASHER AND DRYER. All utilities INCLUDED

TRANSPORTATION/LOCATION: There is a 3 MINUTE WALK TO the bus, runs every 10 minutes, be in Haymarket or Wellington in about 20 minutes. 5 minute walk to KFC, Taco Bell, Stop & Shop, Wendy's and Convenience store. Off street parking is negotiable although street parking IS always available.

ROOMATES:
~There is a girl (27) who has a room in attic. She goes to school a few days a week. She is very friendly, the only time she makes noise is on football Sunday's (still in her room, not in the living room)! She doesn't hang out much in the common areas, but does cook in the kitchen, usually all on one day.

~There is also a girl in the basement (25). She works long hours, doesn't cook. She is also very nice, and also very quite. She also has her own bathroom, so pretty much she has her own apartment and you will only see her when she is coming in or going out.

~There is very minimal traffic in and out. Everyone is very responsible. It is a young, fun, working atmosphere.
