Description: I need somebody to take over my lease at 1108 Federal Street ASAP. Rent for this very large master bedroom (2 large windows, large closet, hardwood floor, fireplace) is $300 and a $350 security deposit is required. The lease runs through the end of June. The house is very big and is shared with 2 other LU girls and includes all furniture (except in the bedroom), plenty of storage, and even a guest bedroom.
