Looking for a Place:

Hey, I need like a one bedroom back house or guest house, cheap.

Why? My roommate and I are having to move out of our current place of residence b/c our house is old and has a lot of potential health problems. Description: I need this to be a one bedroom type place, doesn't have to be super nice or anything. I'm obviously a college student not looking to pay an arm and a leg, but around the 400$ range is cool. Give or take depending.
